Neighborhood Watch
The Neighborhood Watch Program enables citizens to take an active role in their neighborhoods' safety. It allows neighbors to become better acquainted with each other and with Law Enforcement Officers.
The program empowers neighbors to take ownership by watching out for one another and their property. The Police Department will be glad to assist in forming a Neighborhood Watch in your neighborhood.

National Child Safety Council
The Defiance Police Department partners with the National Child Safety Council to deliver programs to local schools and distribute safety information to parents and youth.
