   • Must be between the ages of 21 and 40 by the time of appointment
   • U.S. Citizen
   • Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent
   • Hold a valid State of Ohio driver’s license with no driving restrictions
   • Ability to Read/Speak English
   • Vision is case by case based on standard
   • Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (OPOTA) Certification is not required but is preferred before hiring. It must be completed within a reasonable time after being hired.
