The scope of the work consists of rehabilitation of approximately 1.09 miles of roadway on SR66 (Jefferson Avenue). Rehabilitation by milling and resurfacing and placing pavement markings. | Copies of the Plans, Specifications and other contract documents are on file and can be examined at the Defiance City Service building, at 631 Perry Street, Suite 102, Defiance, Ohio, and may be obtained upon payment of a non returnable deposit of $50.00, payable to the City of Defiance. Each bidder must be registered as a plan holder with the City of Defiance.

| This work shall be performed by an ODOT Pre-Qualified Contractor and in accordance with Plans, Specifications and other contract documents. Prequalification status must be in effect at the time of bidding, the time of sale, the time of award and through the life of the construction contract.

| The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond. ODOT shall be named as an obligee along with the City of defiance on the performance bond.
|
|
|
| The city requires that this project achieve final completion no later than November 30, 2025.
