SNOW REMOVAL PARKING LOT BAN

DECLARATION OF SNOW EMERGENCY/PARKING LOT BAN
FROM THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2021

Pursuant to Codified Ordinance 351.16, the Mayor hereby declares a snow emergency/parking lot ban on:

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2021 beginning at 11:00 p.m.

To facilitate the movement of snow removal operations, parking in parking lots are prohibited in the following downtown PARKING LOTS from 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 18, 2021 until 7:00 a.m on Friday, February 19, 2021:

  • Parking Lot between Fifth Street and Fourth Street (behind Kissner’s)
  • Parking Lot on Fifth Street and Wayne Avenue
  • Parking Lot on First Street and Wayne Avenue (behind the Masonic Temple)
  • Parking Lot on Perry Street (across from Johns-Manville)

Any vehicle parked on a designated parking lot after 11:00 p.m. THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 18, 2021 shall be removed and impounded at the owner’s expense and the owner shall be subject to a fine of $25.00.
